"Excellent Realtor who exceeded my expectations. I have worked with many realtors over the past 25 years and working with Scott has been the best overall experience. He was thorough with his research and determination of the asking price which is challenging especially with the interest rates in the 7% range; when we received offers below the asking price he was excellent at keeping true to the original objectives which meant that we did forgo the 1st offer and negotiated on the next offer to an acceptable number. The overall process went well from start to finish (understanding what improvements needed to be done if we wanted to ask a certain price (or the price if selling “as is”), having professional pictures taken, Scott also kept us apprised of updates along the way and the closing process was smooth).
